| 1 | Exterior Paint | 1-3 days | Can be completed once overnight temperature is consistently above 10 Celsius. |
| 2 | Pre-Grading | 2-3 days | Roughly shape lot to help with drainage and settlement. |
| 3 | Exterior Concrete | 1 week | Access will be comprised while pouring driveways and sidewalks. Do not drive on fresh concrete for 1 month. |

Front Steps | 1 days | Permanent front steps will be built on rear lane homes after concrete has cured for 24 hrs. |
| 4 | Rough Grade | 2-3 days | Finalize Grading of lot. |
| 5 | Rough Grade Approval | 1-2 weeks | City of Edmonton must come out and inspect the rough grade of each home. Landscaping can begin after home passes. |
| 6 | Parging | 1-2 days | Decorative Concrete that covers exposed foundation. |
| 7 | Rear Deck Upgrade | 1-2 days | Installation will compromise rear access. |
| 8 | Top Soil | 1-2 days | Top soil will be laid after Rough Grade Approval. |
| 9 | Landscaping | 2-3 days | Sod, Shrubs and Mulch installed. Be sure to water twice per day. |
| 10 | Garage Install | 2-3 weeks | Only applicable on Rear Lane homes. Construction of the garage will begin roughly 3 weeks after the pad has been poured to allow concrete to cure. |

Final Grade Approval | 1-2 weeks | Only applicable if rear landscaping was purchased through Brookfield. The City will come and inspect the property once everything is complete. |
