Dear Homeowner, 

Please see below for this week's landscaping updates, weather permitting.

## Chokecherry Lane *(Single Family Homes)*

- Parging will continue next week.
- Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
- Recently built garages cannot be parked in until inspections are completed.
- Continue to water fresh sod.

- Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
- Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed.

## Chokecherry Place *(Duplexes - Rear Lane)*

- Continue to water any fresh sod.
- Recently built garages are not to be parked in until all inspection are completed. Please don’t lock your garage door until both inspections have been completed.
