Chokecherry Lane (Single Family Homes)

• Exterior Painting and parging will continue next week.
• Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• Recently built garages cannot be parked in until inspections are completed.
• Continue to water fresh sod.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Front Drive)

• Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed. 

Chokecherry Close (Duplexes – Front Drive)

• Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• Recent driveways that were poured can now be parked on.
• Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Rear Lane)

• Rough grading has started and the garages have started to be worked on.
• Continue to water any fresh sod.
• Recently built garages are not to be parked in until all inspections are completed.
