Chokecherry Lane (Single Family Homes)

• Exterior Painting and parging will continue next week.
• Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• Recently built garages cannot be parked in until inspections are completed.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Front Drive)

• Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed. 

Chokecherry Close (Duplexes – Front Drive)

• We are starting our rough grading on your homes, please ensure that personal items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• Any recent driveways that have been poured can be parked on in 1 weeks.
• Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Rear Lane)

• Rough grading has started as well the garages have started to be worked on.
• Once new sod has been installed water it on a regular basis.
• Recently built garages are not to be parked in until all inspection are completed.
