With the extreme high heat warning for next week, this may delay the pouring of concrete during the afternoons so please be patient. For the homeowners that received their driveways and parking pads, please stay off the concrete for a minimum of 28 days to protect your 1-year warranty. Also landscaping is starting, so please make sure you regularly water (saturate the grass with a sprinkler) your new grass early in the morning or late in the evening when it is cooler in the day to prevent burning your grass in extreme heat.
