Chokecherry Lane (Single Family Homes)

• Exterior Painting and parging will continue next week.
• Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• We aim to start pouring parking pads next week if the weather permits.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Front Drive)

• Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed.

Chokecherry Close (Duplexes – Front Drive)

• We are starting our rough grading on your homes, please ensure that personal items left in the yards are cleaned up.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Rear Lane)

• We are prepping for rough grade work to start. Parking pads are 3 weeks away from being able to park on.
