Chokecherry Lane (Single Family Homes)

• Exterior Painting and parging will continue next week.
• Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
• The parking pads that were recently poured can be parked on in 3 weeks.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Front Drive)

• Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed.

Chokecherry Close (Duplexes – Front Drive)

• We are starting our rough grading on your homes, please ensure that personal items left in the yards are cleaned up.

Chokecherry Place (Duplexes - Rear Lane)

• Parking pads are 1 week away from being able to park on.
• Rough grading has started and the garages have started to be worked on

Chokecherry Common (Move up homes)

• Exterior painting on the house should be completed this week.
