Dear Homeowner, 

Please see below for this week's landscaping updates that will be completed, weather permitting.

## Chokecherry Lane *(Single Family Homes)*

- Exterior Painting and parging will continue next week.
- Rough grading and landscaping will continue, please make sure that items left in the yards are cleaned up.
- The parking pads that were recently poured can be parked on in 3 weeks.

## Chokecherry Place *(Duplexes - Front Drive)*

- Continue to water any fresh sod that has been installed.

## Chokecherry Close *(Duplexes – Front Drive)*

- We are starting our rough grading on your homes, please ensure that personal items left in the yards are cleaned up.

## Chokecherry Place *(Duplexes - Rear Lane)*

- Parking pads are 1 week away from being able to park on.
- Rough grading has started and the garages have started to be worked on

## Chokecherry Common *(Move up homes)*

- Exterior painting on the house should be completed this week.
