• Due to the lower temperatures, parging and painting work is now completed for the season. Any remaining homes will be pushed to the 2020 season.

• Stake out for rough grading has been completed. Rough grading is set to be completed this week
• Due to the lower temperatures, parging, painting and concrete work is now completed for the season. Any remaining homes will be pushed to the 2020 season.

Chappelle Green

• Power to pads will be completed.
• Rough grade stake out is completed and rough grading will follow.
• Due to the lower temperatures, parging and concrete work is now completed for the season. Any remaining homes will be pushed to the 2020 season.

Chichak Close

• Rough grading is completed and has been sent off to the city for approvals.
• Landscaping will follow approvals, weather depending.
• Due to the lower temperatures, parging and concrete work is now completed for the season. Any remaining homes will be pushed to the 2020 season.
