Cooke Lane

• Finished rough grades. Properties with black dirt down will be landscape complete within the next week.
• Parging: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
• Concrete: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
• Exterior paint is wrapped up for the year due to temperature. We will start again in June 2020.

Coughlan Green

• Finished rough grades. Properties with black dirt down will be landscape complete within the next week.
• Parging: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
• Concrete: all properties are complete.
• Exterior paint: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.

Chappelle Green

• Finished rough grades. Properties with black dirt down will be landscape complete within the next week.
• Parging: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
• Rear concrete pad will be poured for 4032 in June 2020.
• Exterior paint: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.

Chichak Close

• Rough grading and landscaping is finished for 2019. Any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
• Parging: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
• Concrete is complete for 2019.
• Exterior paint: any outstanding properties will be completed in Spring 2020.
