Cooke Lane

• For rough grading and landscaping: we finished rough grades, black dirt is down, sod is to follow.
• Parging is complete for 2019.
• Concrete is complete for 2019.
• Exterior paint is wrapped up for the year due to temperature. We will start again in June 2020.

Coughlan Green

• For rough grading and landscaping: we finished rough grades, black dirt is down, sod is to follow.

Chappelle Green

• Outstanding rough grades will be complete by the end of the week.
• Parging: any outstanding properties will be completed in June 2020.
• Rear concrete pad will be poured for 4032 in June 2020.
• Exterior paint is wrapped up for the year due to temperature. We will start again in June 2020.

Chichak Close

• Rough grades have been completed and submitted to the City of Edmonton.
• Parging: any outstanding properties will be completed in June 2020.
• Concrete is complete for 2019.
• Exterior paint is wrapped up for the year due to temperature. We will start again in June 2020.
