General Update: 

The poor weather conditions have pushed many of the items into next week. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time. Thankfully the forecast next week is looking sunny!

Price Lane

• Locates should be in place to install screw piles. Once screw piles go in, the sidewalks can be formed.

Paisley Drive

• Parking will be starting.
• Garage pads will be prepped and poured once the weather cooperates.
• Garage framing will commence once the permit has been issued by the city.
• Once garages are framed, siders and roofers will start.

Price Link

• Front sidewalks will be poured.

Price Landing

• Landscapers will be completing the landscaping. Please ensure to water fresh sod, trees and shrubs daily.

Parker Loop

• Walkout lots may require retaining walls, depending on the grading. These will be measured and prepped by the landscapers.
• Once the retaining wall has been built, parking will be completed.
