We didn’t do a lot of customization on the Wheaton model—it’s our most popular floor plan! For this model home, our dream buyers were Don and Patty: a golfer and baker, both of whom love entertaining. Their style is decidedly contemporary, and they appreciate a sleek, clean home that doesn’t sacrifice on comfort.
