Dark & Stormy

Want to add some drama to your living room? Painting an accent wall in a different color can change the vibe of your room, creating a clear focal point. While this paint color isn't part of our sales package, it's easy to DIY it once you move in!

Be Shelf-ish

Can you have too much display space? Never! Floating shelves are an elegant way to show off your art, photographs, and treasures — especially if you like changing things out without adding additional nail holes to your walls. While floating shelves aren't part of our sales package, it's easy to add them yourself after you move in.
