This after-market custom “pop out” niche defines the Goodwin’s dining area. We added recessed puck lights to shine a spotlight on art and accessories. An accent paint color or a built-in bookcase could also add a similar layer of interest.

Our designers wrapped door openings in stain-grade white oak to create an extra dramatic transition that helps carry the casual cool California vibe throughout the home. While this feature isn't included with the home, it's easy to get the look after you move in.

Changing out simple plate glass mirrors for ones with distinctive frames or unusual shapes brings style and visual interest to small spaces like bathrooms. While these mirrors aren’t included with the home, there are lots of similar options available.
