Evia Villa
With a large covered porch, an extra flex room, and an upstairs loft, The Evia is the perfect Villa home for entertaining guests of all ages. For this model home, our dream customers were Jim and Inez: a golf-loving couple who bought this Villa as their second home. They come down from Michigan often to see the sights and play with friends. Their style is traditional, but since this is their vacation home, things are more relaxed down here!
