The home’s detached Casita is an available option for this floorplan that adds an extra bedroom, studio, or study. The custom built-in cabinets and window seat in the Casita are an after-market addition that provide a sleek and stylish reading nook that’s also big on storage. Add your own built-in cabinets after move in, or get the look with freestanding furniture pieces.

Make a Splash

Yes, the resort-style pool AND indoor junior Olympic lap pools at the Mix are amazing. But isn’t it sometimes nice to have your own private oasis? At the Clarkson, we jumped into the deep end and even added a hot tub. While they aren’t built by Brookfield, you can have them installed after you move in.

Worth Your Saltillo

While the custom Saltillo tile on the front porch and custom stone work on the pool deck are after-market additions chosen by our designers, you can still get the look.

Give Me a Trim

Painted trim throughout the home is an easy way to add visual interest and sophistication with a color that helps to set the tone for the style of the home. While this color isn’t part of the home’s design package, our designers chose it to help set the tone.

Pitter Pattern

Is your heart racing for this look? While this accent wall is a custom element dreamed up by our professional designers, you could get the look with patterned wallpaper or accent paint.
