The entry is your first place to make a big impression. We added a dramatic dark accent beam and luxurious wallpaper with white wood trim to set the mood. While these designer accents are not included with the home, it’s easy to get the look once you move in.

Study Hall

Built in cabinets give Robert a place for both storage and display. With open shelves, drawers, and cabinets with doors, there’s a place for everything and everything in its place. You could get the look by having custom cabinets installed after move-in, or create a wall of bookshelves from your favorite furniture store!

Beam Me Up

Dark wood accent beams in the entry and kitchen create a visual break for the eyes and add character to the open public spaces of the home. These designer accents are easy to add once you move in.

Bright Idea

Custom lighting enhances the home’s grace and sophistication while still providing plenty of illumination for reading, dining, and entertaining.

Stop and Reflect

Elegance comes through in the details. Swapping simple plate glass mirrors for ones with distinctive frames or unusual shapes brings style and visual interest to small spaces like bathrooms.

Slow Burn

The firepit area out back reminds Robert of growing up in Hondo, Texas, and becomes a natural gathering place for friends and family on cooler evenings. While it’s not an add-on that we offer, you can always add it on after you move in.
