Champlain
With nearly 3,000 square feet and luxurious features including a golf-cart garage, impressive closet space, a beautiful fireplace and wet bar, The Champlain is a dream for living and entertaining. For this model home, our dream customers are Patty, a painter, and her husband Robert, a retired real-estate investor. They moved from Dallas to enjoy the Kissing Tree lifestyle. Their home is elegant and refined, but still comfortable and inviting. It’s the perfect place to display memories of a life well lived—with so much more to come.

Please note, the designer touches shown here were selected by our Interior Designers and are specific to this model home. While we don’t offer them as options, they could always be done after closing.

Built in cabinets give Robert a place for both storage and display. With open shelves, drawers, and cabinets with doors, there’s a place for everything and everything in its place. You could get the look by having custom cabinets installed after move-in, or create a wall of bookshelves from your favorite furniture store!

Slow Burn

The firepit area out back reminds Robert of growing up in Hondo, Texas, and becomes a natural gathering place for friends and family on cooler evenings. While it’s not an add-on that we offer, you can always add it on after you move in.
