## General Update:

- All exterior concrete work will be on hold for the 2019 season and will resume after the May long weekend of 2020 due to freezing overnight temperatures.
- We will continue to post seasonal home maintenance tips to help you care for your home over the winter season.

## Tip 1: Changing Your Furnace Filter

With all of this rain creating lots of mud, dust can find its way into the air as the mud dries. Now would be a good time to check on your furnace filter to see if it needs replacement. Please watch this short video to learn how to do so.
