Dear Homeowner, 

Please see below for this week's landscaping updates that will be completed, weather permitting.

## General Update: *Finally Dry!*

- All of the homes with outstanding Rough Grade Approval have been re-submitted with the City and we should be receiving your Approval any day now. We will forward it to you as soon as it arrives.

## 7763 *Eifert Crescent*

- Will have the touch-ups completed next week and resubmit your home for Rough Grade Approval

## 7704 *Eifert Crescent*

- We finished installing all your sod and you are ready to begin watering. Please water twice per day, until the sod is completely saturated.

## Tip 1: Changing Your Furnace Filter

With all of this rain creating lots of mud, dust can find its way into the air as the mud dries. Now would be a good time to check on your furnace filter to see if it needs replacement. Please watch this short video to learn how to do so.
