General Update: Finally Dry!

• All of the homes with outstanding Rough Grade Approval have been re-submitted with the City and we should be receiving your Approval any day now. We will forward it to you as soon as it arrives.

• Will have the touch-ups completed next week and resubmit your home for Rough Grade Approval

• We finished installing all your sod and you are ready to begin watering. Please water twice per day, until the sod is completely saturated.
